President & CEO


Michael Winters is the founder of Osceola Partners, LLC, a commercial real estate services company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker with 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, and is recognized as one of Florida’s top executives in commercial real estate. Prior to starting Osceola Partners, Michael held senior executive positions with industry leading companies, and has been involved in countless real estate transactions throughout Florida. He has extensive knowledge of the market and in management, leasing, construction and disposition of investment and corporate real estate. Having been appointed as the Receiver of numerous commercial real estate projects, Michael’s credentials have been presented to and evaluated by Circuit County Judges throughout Florida. Assignments include retail, office, multi-family and industrial properties. Some are recognizable landmark developments such as the former Austin Corporate Center, 600 Westshore Blvd., Premier Corporate Center in Tampa, Heathrow I in Orlando, Hammock Beach Discovery Center in Palm Coast and Plymouth Center in Ft. Myers. Michael has extensive experience with the legal processes in Receiverships and real estate, and has a proven record of providing clear and accurate reporting for the Courts as a Receiver on both conduit and direct bank loans. His 30 years of experience has provided him the knowledge and expertise to take on complex and important assignments.

Michael was previously a Shareholder and Regional President for GVA Advantis, a Southeast US real estate company and former subsidiary of The St. Joe Company. He was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and responsible for the company’s operations in the Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and South Florida markets. In his role he oversaw leasing, sales, construction, property management and new business development.

Michael previously held executive management positions with Cushman & Wakefield, USAA Real Estate Company, The Hogan Group, South Mark Commercial and Reynolds, Smith & Hills. He has established relationships and worked with the commercial real estate operations of several Fortune 500 corporations, and has been involved in over $500 million in lease and sale transactions during his career. He has also directed operational management and leasing for a portfolio of assets exceeding 12 million square feet with a market value exceeding $1 Billion.
